Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Availability At this time, ROUTE DE SOIE ships within France and the European Union only. We do not currently ship to countries outside the EU. If you are located outside the EU and wish to place an order, please contact us at contact@routedesoie.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from France.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ROUTE DE SOIE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@routedesoie.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation promptly.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
